Flodesk

When you read my newsletter, I also collect certain statistics in Flodesk. More specifically, this concerns information about your browser type, unique identification and the number of times you open the newsletter and/or click on a link. We use this data to improve our newsletter or to correctly analyze any problems.

Comments

When you respond to a blog post, we store your name, email address, website (if any) and your response. This information is necessary to display the response on our website and to provide you with an answer if necessary.

Here too we use Akismet (Automattic) to filter spam responses. Akismet checks your comment, your email address and your IP address for spam and temporarily stores this data on secure servers in the EU and the US.

Downloads

When you download an e-book or file, we store your email address and name – if you give permission. We need this information to be able to send you the downloads. When you request a download, we also kindly ask you whether we can send you our newsletter. Rest assured, we don’t want to unsolicited email anyone.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your first name and email address. We need this information to send you the newsletter. Your email address is stored securely at Flodesk. Flodesk secures your data, is part of a certified EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and therefore respects your privacy. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Collaborations

If you are a customer with us, we also store your contact and billing information. This information is necessary to ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly.

 

With whom do we share your data?

As we mentioned above, we use processors who are responsible for the processing of personal data on behalf of atelier185.be and who ensure the proper technical operation of the website (data transmission). These processors guarantee your privacy through a processing agreement that we conclude with them.

In addition to the processors, only Atelier185 uses your data. We therefore do not share your data with third parties.

 

How do we protect your data?
